我們推廣的街頭健身是個利用公園或各種公共運動設施, 在戶外結合自身重量訓練與極限體操的現代運動。

Street Workout is the modern sports mainly doing outdoors, combined using self weight training and calisthenics by using public facilities, such as equipment in schoolyards or parks

其精髓在於是隨時隨地都能健身,而這個運動不管你是什麼年紀, 什麼體態, 只要有毅力, 你也可以做到。
It is encouraging people to do workout whenever and wherever, not matter what age you are,

which body size you are, if you insist doing routinely, you can master the sports.   

自由的展現自己獨一無二的能力(The spirit is Free to demonstrate unique abilities)是我們的寫照。



台灣很榮幸成為世界街頭健身與體操聯盟(WSWCF)在亞洲的第一個會員國,而台灣極限街頭健身為WSWCF的會員之一。我們的目標在於台灣的街頭健身推廣。歡迎大家有任何心得或建議也可以跟我們交流分享。
